Subway lunches are available every Friday. Order forms are sent home each Thursday on the reverse side of the school newsletter. Orders and correct money are to be put into a named, sealed envelope and dropped into the office before 9am on Friday morning. Please ensure your child's room number is clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. A staff member from Subway delivers the orders before 12.30pm and some of the older children will distribute it to each class.

We all need a healthy balanced diet. The best "brain foods" are fresh fruit and vegetables, nuts, grains and water. High fat and/or sugar diets increase the likelihood of a range of health problems. Limit your children's fat and sugar intake. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should mainly consist of carbohydrates (cereal and bread) for slow burning energy.
